DeVere had excellent customer service and helped me along with the MD rebate process. I am unsure how they rank in terms of price-competitiveness because I did not obtain any other estimates (my energy audit company teamed with DeVere and I was concerned about submitting a rebate reservation before funding exhausted), but the employees and management at DeVere were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone else looking to have work done.

We had air sealing and insulation work done in March 2011
after an energy audit through Eco-Beco. DeVere workers were nice and polite but did not complete the job as expected. This was discovered only during the post-test. Management was quick to remedy the problem.

I found everyone with DeVere Insulation professional,
knowledgeable and very helpful. My sales rep was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and a pleasure to deal with. My home is old and the installation complicated so she sent a supervisor to inspect the worksite before DeVere sent a work crew. The installers and supervisors were great. They arrived on time, worked a long day to complete a very complicated job in my house and cleaned up before they left. I could feel a difference in the air in my home immediately. Just want you to know we really feel the difference in our laundry room, entryway and kitchen...warmer! I want to commend your work and the work of all the guys here at the house. Our specialty is framing and drywall, not insulation. DeVere has the knowledge when looking at the specs and asks the right questions. If we did it our guys could [do it incorrectly], and we'd have to do it over and over until it was right. We call DeVere and it gets done right the first time.
